Visit to INDRHI for World Water Week
On the occasion of World Water Week, students from the volunteer program at the Universidad Domínico Americana (UNICDA) conducted an educational visit to the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources (INDRHI). During the visit, the participants, accompanied by the Social Liaison Officer, Ms. Karina Taveras, and the Student Life Coordinator, Mr. Erasmo Taveras, had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the initiatives and projects that INDRHI is implementing for sustainable water management in the country.
The activity not only reinforced the importance of water as a vital resource but also encouraged students to reflect on their role in protecting and conserving the environment. Such experiences strengthen UNICDA’s commitment to comprehensive education and the promotion of environmental awareness within its academic community.
