The Domínico Americano Cultural Institute (ICDA) celebrates the completion of the inaugural cohorts of the SIT TESOL Certificate Course, a professional certification program aimed at strengthening teachers’ competencies in teaching English as a foreign language.

This initiative represents a significant step forward for the Teacher Development Center of the Domínico Americano Cultural Institute, which obtained the licenses to offer this program, designed and accredited by World Learning / SIT Graduate Institute, an institution recognized for its focus on educator training.

Through this certification, participants developed pedagogical competencies through a training process that integrates knowledge, teaching practice, and feedback, with the goal of strengthening their tools to respond to the current challenges of English language teaching.
